            Vassnes Solutions has signed a record-breaking contract with Westcon Yards valued at more than NOK 100 million, marking the largest contract in Helgevold Group’s history. In connection with this milestone project,
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           Sea Management
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            has entered into an agreement with Vassnes Solutions to provide electrical engineering and electrical installation services.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           The vessel hull, originally initiated in Canada in 2008, is currently located at the yard in Florø, with work commencing immediately. Following docking in the summer of 2026, the vessel will be towed to Westcon Yards in Ølen for final completion.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           The project includes the completion of a 130-meter Subsea and Cable Lay Vessel (CLV) for the end client, Dong Fang Offshore (DFO), a leading offshore wind service provider in Asia. Under the agreement, Westcon Yards will take over and finalize construction, with scheduled delivery in the first quarter of 2027.

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            This contract represents a significant milestone for
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           Sea Management
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           , marking the company’s expansion into electrical engineering and electrical installation services.
