Sæmund Ytrehus is an experienced shipbuilding professional with a background as both electrician and plate worker, later advancing into project leadership roles across Norwegian and international shipyards. From 2003 to 2012 he managed several newbuild projects in Poland with final outfitting in Norway. In 2012 he founded Sea Management AS, where he has since led successful projects such as Sulebas and Vesterhav, both delivered in cooperation with Solund Verft and Seacon AS. He continues to support newbuilds and vessel upgrades, known for his hands‑on expertise and strong execution capability.

Arve Ytrehus holds a Master of Science in Electrical Power Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). He has extensive experience in planning and documenting shipboard electrical installations, integrated systems, and advanced maritime electrical solutions. He started working in Wärtsilä Ship Design, contributing to system development, electrical design, and complex multi‑disciplinary engineering projects and later joined Breeze Ship Design as Head of Electrical and Controls.  Before joining Sea Management AS in 2026 he has been working for ABB in Oslo as Project Manager.

Paweł Piątkowski is an experienced maritime professional with a strong background in ship repairs, vessel conversions, and newbuild projects. He holds senior operational and partnership roles at Shiprepairs.pl Sp. z o.o. and Sea Management Polska, supporting projects from contract signing through on‑site execution and final delivery. He brings extensive experience in project and cost management, contract negotiations, risk management, and shipyard supervision, working closely with shipowners, yards, and subcontractors. Paweł is PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner certified and is known for delivering complex maritime projects on time and within budget in demanding shipyard environments.

Piotr Smoląg

Piotr Smoląg holds a Master’s degree in Marine Engineering from the Szczecin University of Technology and has a strong technical background from Maritime High School. He is an experienced Project Manager in the shipbuilding industry, with proven delivery of turnkey projects covering newbuilds, conversions, repairs, and steel structures. His expertise includes project planning, production coordination, and resolving technical challenges.

Pawel is PRINCE2® Foundation certified, proficient in AutoCAD, SAP Business, and MS Project.
